Consuming excess water dilutes your blood. Your blood vessels expand to accommodate the water, resulting in swelling or wear out.

One may develop a nauseous feeling due to drinking more than enough water.  Drinking more water is connected to overhydration. Overhydration may disturb the filtering functions of kidneys.

4. Brain function gets disturbed

If you drink more water than you should, the sodium levels of your body goes down as more water dilutes the blood. The cells get swelled when the sodium levels of the body decrease. Drinking intoxicated water affects your brain function as it is so sensitive to outside substances.
