Few signs that the person is silently suffering from depression

It becomes very hard to identify these days whether the person is dealing with depression or just being anxious.

New Delhi: We can see the pain that is visible and apply ointment on it so that it heals but what about the injuries which are not visible?

Depression is being colour blind and hearing constantly how beautiful the world is. Depression is mentally and physically exhausting. Depression is one of the most common mental disorders today despite so much awareness and information there is stigma related to depression.

People are afraid to open up and admit it openly because society often judges such people. Every person is having a tough time these days.

Some people openly express their emotions, while other people hide their emotions in smiles. It becomes very hard to identify these days whether the person is dealing with depression or just being anxious.
