New Delhi: What’s the USP of a cake apart from its softness? It is the icing. However, often the bakers ruin the fanciest and most important part. At least, this is what happened when a woman named Vaishnavi Mondkar got her cake delivered. The woman ordered the cake through the food delivery app, Zomato and gave an instruction to bring Rs 500 change. Although the instruction was carried out but not in a way that anybody expected.
In the now-viral image, the instruction “Bring 500/- change” in icing was written on top of the cake. The user who bought the cake shared the image on her Facebook profile where she captioned it, “Delivery instructions mein likha tha “Bring 500/- change” toh unhone cake pe likhke bheja.” However, we still do not know whether the delivery boy actually brought the change or not.

The image is sending tickling vibes to the netizens out there, either over the humour played at it or the silliness creating a massacre of the cake. One of the netizens wrote, “Delivery instructions tha, laga diya,” while another user commented, “Totally cute moment.” The comment section received several positive thoughts as well.
This is not the first time such an incident took place. Recently, a man ordered a cake via the food delivery app Swiggy from a “renowned bakery in Nagpur.’ The customer expressed his doubt that whether the cake contains eggs or not. What came as a surprise was how the bakery went beyond to clear his doubt. In a tweet, he shared his experience stating, “So I ordered a cake from a renowned bakery in Nagpur, through #Swiggy. In the order details I mentioned “Please mention if the cake contains egg”. I am speechless after receiving the order.”
The photo shows “Contain Egg” as icing over the cake.
