New Delhi: With the wedding season at its peak, several absurd moments are observed at the ceremony. The recent incident has surpassed all the Bollywood films. The incident took place in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
The now-viral video shows that during the wedding, when the bride and groom were about to exchange their garlands, the bride’s jilted lover turned up at the wedding venue and did one of the most absurd things ever. Some of the audiences present at the wedding video tapped the incident which is going all around the internet.
A wedding took place Harpur, Budhat in Gorakhpur. The video shows that the bride and the groom were staged at a platform and were surrounded by family members. Following the rituals, as the groom was about to put the varmaala, a man turned up. The man appeared in face covered with a scarf and approached the bride and smeared vermilion on the bride’s forehead even though the bride forcibly tried to cover her face with her veil.
Reportedly, the man was the ex-boyfriend of the bride, who went out of town for some work a few months before. On the other hand, the girl’s marriage was promised to some other person. However, when the ex-boyfriend came to know he expressed his love in a filmy manner.

The wedding took place on December 1. Some of the invitees and family members called 112 and PRV (Police Response Vehicles) responded immediately.
However, the drama doesn’t end here. The bride was married to the groom only and the ex-boyfriend was sent back.
