New Delhi: Bollywood Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan is being definitely missed by his fans who all made the #WeMissYouSRK trend on Twitter since Thursday evening. It has been long since King Khan made an appearance on screen but what is more intriguing is his absence from Twitter. The trend #WeMissYouSRK occupied one of the top spots on the micro-blogging site.
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero which was released in 2018. Reportedly, he is busy shooting for his upcoming film Pathan. Although very few details about the movie are available on the web, Shah Rukh Khan will also be making a special appearance in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. Besides, he will also be seen in filmmaker Atlee’s next movie which is allegedly named Lion.
Shah Rukh Khan last took to Twitter to repost a tweet on Disney+Hoststar, where he himself featured on September 23, 2021. Sharing the tweet, he wrote, “Stadium bhi kahaan jaata hoon aajkal….watch the matches on Disney+Hotstar only….”

However, just two days before, the superstar took to Instagram to share an electronic advertisement where he starred with his wife Gauri Khan. This was the first time he shared something on social media since his elder son Aryan Khan’s bail on October 28, 2021.

The advert which made his fans more of him made his fans post movie clippings and emotional posts in regards to him on Twitter. One of his fans wrote, “It’s been 3 years since his last film and for almost 4 months, SRK is not active on social media, neither did he tweet on his birthday nor did he tweet for his fans on the New Year. We, his fans, are missing him a lot.”

Shah Rukh Khan hasn’t been in a great space since his son Aryan Khan got arrested in the Mumbai cruise drug case in October 2021. Apart from Aryan Khan, seven others got arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The accused were picked from the Cordelia cruise off the Mumbai coast where a rave party was busted. Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Road Jail on October 30. He was granted bail after two days.
