Ques: What is the benefit to society or the ordinary citizen?

SK Narvar: Under PM Modi’s visionary leadership, the culture of ‘seva’ to the public and the ordinary citizen is the highest priority. Alongside digitization of public services, recruits will create a culture of service towards society. The quality of public service and grievance redressal (customer complaints) mechanisms will benefit from such young employees joining the workforce. Ques: How will the fresh talent be inducted into the government workforce?

SK Narvar: Like any government appointment, all the new joinees have passed through respective tests per each government department’s rules. The training also enhances the behavioural and functional competencies of the recruits and helps them apply their learnings to everyday life. As a result, the fresh talent will be properly equipped to serve the country’s citizens in a more effective and dedicated manner.
