DDA Housing Scheme 2021: How and where to watch draw results
New Delhi: On Wednesday, March 10, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is holding a draw for its 2021 housing scheme from 11:00 am onwards. The allotment will be given on a random number generation system basis and is live-streamed on their official website- dda.webcast.ml and on YouTube.
The flats that have been offered under this scheme are at locations such as Rohini, Manglapuri, Jasola, Vasant Kunj and Dwarka.
“The Delhi Development Authority is going to conduct the draw for allotment of flats under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 on March 10, from 11 am onwards. The draw will be based on a random number-generation system and will be held in the presence of judges and senior officers of the DDA,” news agency PTI reported citing a DDA statement on Tuesday.
The DDA Housing Scheme 2021 was introduced on January 2, 2021. Nearly 33,000 applications were submitted till the due date of the scheme which was February 16. The scheme offered 1,354 flats and received payment from approx 22,500 applicants.
The High-income group (HIG) category included the costliest flats worth Rs 2.14 crore. The middle-income group (MIG) has offered a maximum number of flats with 757 flats.

The scheme is totally online which is done through a recently developed software AWAAS of the DDA.
Number of flats order to different categories-
High-income group (HIG) – 254 flats
Middle-income group (HIG) – 757 flats
Low-income group (LIG) – 52 flats
Economically weaker section (EWS) – 291 flats
The HIG flats come with the availability of three bedrooms, hall and kitchen and 2 BHK categories; whereas MIG flats are in 2 BHK categories.
Last year’s DDA housing scheme was launched in March 2019, which offered around 18,000 flats under four categories-
HIG- 488 flats
MIG- 1,555
LIG- 8,383
EWS- 7,496
The DDA Housing Scheme 2018 was the biggest scheme with offering as many as 20,000 flats, launched in June 2018, with a mix of HIG, MIG and LIG flats category.
