New Delhi: Ever since the weather reports for the Saturday clash between India and Pakistan were released, there has been a sense of concern among cricket fans around the world.
Team India will be starting their Asia Cup campaign against Pakistan, who will be coming out with a huge victory against Nepal.
The second match of ‘Group A’ will be played in Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy, Sri Lanka, after BCCI refused to send their team to Pakistan over their long-term diplomatic issues with the neighbours.
Pakistan will now be playing against India in Sri Lanka as the host nation without the home crowd advantage and the rain clouds looming over them.

Interestingly, in the event of no contest, Pakistan will be the one who will be walking back home happy, as this scenario would give them one share point, which will see them go through to the Super 4 round. On the other hand, in the same scenario, India will end up a little stressed as this would mean India’s clash against Nepal would be a do-or-die clash.
