New Delhi: In the final Asia Cup match with Sri Lanka, the Indian fast-pace bowler Mohammed Siraj ripped through the defending champions’ batting line-up and also recorded his career best figure of 21/6 wickets.
The scintillating performance by the cricketer ensured that the whole Sri Lankan team was sent packing for just 50 runs and then Team India romped back home in less than 10 overs.
As Mohammad Siraj scalped 4 wickets in single over and then claimed 2 more in subsequent overs, Sri Lanka batting order got devastated.
The cricketer was hailed as hero on the social media, with one of his fans even tagging industrialist Anand Mahindra and demanding an SUV for him.

Anand Mahindra also shared his ‘awestruck’ experience with Siraj’s bowling skills and called him a ‘supernatural force.’

In another tweet, a man sought SUV for the cricketer and wrote, ‘Sir please gift him a SUV’.
To this, Anand replied, “Been there, Done that.”
