New Delhi: India Team skipper, Rohit Sharma who is currently leading the team down under has come under a lot of scrutiny from a lot of criticism from various corners of the Indian sporting world.
Former India head coach Ravi Shastri, however, has lashed out at Rohit Sharma for his defensive field placements, and for allowing Head and Smith to dictate proceedings. Furthermore, Shastri was heard quoting ‘worst set-ups’ regarding Rohit’s decisions for his field set-up.
Rohit’s failure as a captain was accentuated by the poor display of bowling by the Indian batters. The fact was given due cognizance by Morne Morkel who is currently serving his tenure as the bowling coach of the team remarked:
