New Delhi: Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli, the two cricketing greats and their infamous sparring on the field is no secret to cricket fans. Their strained ties often comes to fore when the duo come face to face or cross ways with each during any IPL match.
The fight which started between the duo at Lucknow’s Ekana stadium showed up many times, as their die-hard fans left no chance to troll the other.
Kohli & Gambhir, the former teammates had got involved in an ugly spat during Royal Challengers Banglore & Lucknow Super Giants match. The war of words happened over LSG pace Naveen Ul Haq during fag end of the match.
As the hostility between Gambhi & Kohli becomes topic of debate every now & then got settled today with a humorous statement by the former.
Gambhir’s admission of existing ‘rift’ with Kohli also left the Star Sports anchor flabbergasted. Gambhir’s comments about ‘ladaai’ with Virat came on a trivial question asked by the anchor.

Gambhir was quick to reply on whose ball, Kohli scored his 50th century and also said in a lighter vein that his fight with the masterclass batsman was only restricted to the field.
Spinner Piyush Chawla was also taken aback by Virat’s apt response.
“Ye aap baar baar dikhana, mujhe sab kuch yaad rehta hai. Ladai meri sirf on the field hai”, Gambhir said.
Gambhir, in particular, have often been asked about his altercation with Virat Kohli in the RCB Vs LSG match.
Though, he evaded giving a direct reply, this time, his reply settles the equation with King Kohli.
