New Delhi: Kolkata Knight Riders’ fans are almost everywhere around India and to date the KKR franchise is the most popular one. Although KKR owner is one of the main reasons for the popularity its newly appointed captain is also gaining limelight. At the IPL 2022 Auction, Shreyas Iyer was acquired by KKR at a whooping Rs 12.25 crore.
KKR lost yesterday’s match against Rajasthan Royals by seven runs. Shreyas Iyer scored 85 runs but was knocked out by Chahal. Despite losing yesterday’s match, a KKR fan girl grabbed the attention of the netizens. The girl was seen flaunting a placard that read, “My mom has asked me to find a guy so will you marry me, Shreyas Iyer?”
