New Delhi: Billionaire Elon Musk taking over microblogging site Twitter has caught the fancy of the world with many keeping the platform buzzing with reactions.
Indian cricketer Shubman Gill took to Twitter on Friday and dropped a suggestion that Elon Musk should take over Indian food delivery giant Swiggy for fast-pacing its delivery mechanism. Gill complained that Swiggy was not delivering food on time and it needed an ‘overhauling’, which the new Twitter boss must be quite capable of.
“Elon musk, please buy swiggy so they can deliver on time. @elonmusk #swiggy,” Gill wrote in his post.

This set off a series of Twitter reactions as netizens started trolling the cricketer for ‘not focussing on his game’ & pointing out faults in others. But before, a fake account of Swiggy also took the cricketer to task and countered him with a counter jibe.

Shubman Gill is currently playing for the Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League. Gill has so far slammed 229 runs in eight games with his average being below 30.
Gill’s swipe at Swiggy comes even as the food delivery giant today announced rolling out drone service for fast & efficient delivery of services.

Elon Musk, post his takeover of Twitter, has been generating enough reactions as a lot of netizens are replying to his next buying list of Coca-Cola & Mcdonald’s.
