T20 World Cup 2021: Check full Schedule, group, team list, where to watch

New Delhi: The International Cricket Council recently announced the fixture for the much-awaited T20 World Cup 2021. The Indian team is all set for the tournament and the squad can be announced anytime soon.

The tournament will be played in UAE and OMAN instead of India in a total of 4 venues Dubai, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. The BCCI holds the hosting rights for the event as it was shifted from India to UAE due covid reasons.

The tournament will begin with the Round 1 Group B encounter between hosts Oman and Papua New Guinea on October 17, with Scotland and Bangladesh, the other teams in Group B, clashing in the evening match.

India and Pakistan will be locking horns on October 24 in a group-stage encounter of the upcoming T20 World Cup. The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 in UAE and Oman will get underway from October 17, with the final to be played in Dubai on November 14.
