New Delhi: The IPL clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Kolkata Knight Riders at the M Chinnaswamy stadium witnessed a sweet reunion between Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli. This was unexpected after the two had an ugly verbal tiff over an IPLΒ  match in n2023. Their hug is buzzing in the Social Media with fans saying we expected kalesh, but yahan to compromise hogaya’. The footage of the two players is surfacing in the internet.

After the end of the 16th over, Kohli was seen walking towards Gambhir and the two can be seen talking, Virat smiled and then hugged Gambhir. Both the players exchanged smiles at each while having a conversation. While this was happening, Ravi Shastri commented Β β€œGood to see… Virat Kohli, Gautam Gambhir.”

Gambhir and Virat Kohli had a showdown in the past during an IPL match between LSG vs RCB. Both the player’s were fined for breaching article 2 of the IPL code of conduct. This article relates to the public act of misconduct, unruly behaviour and inappropriate comments which effect the sanity of the game. Both the players have a history of fights during the IPL match. Last time also when the two fought, their verbal altercation became the center of attraction in social media and news headlines. This ugly brawl between the two was taken seriously by the BCCI and both were asked to pay heavy fines.
