New Delhi: It was the night of April 2, 2011 in Wankhede Stadium of Mumbai when Dhoni ‘finished off in style’ with his smashing six to win the World Cup for India after 28 years. People still remember that moment of joy and pride, especially the cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
World Cup 2011 was Sachin’s last chance to win the prestigious trophy after accomplishing almost everything in the history of cricket. And his team fulfilled his dream and his happiness had no limit on that night.
Sachin Tendulkar thanked his fans for the well wishes as he has tested positive for covid. He also congratulated his former teammates on the 10 year anniversary of their historic triumph.
