Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated multi-storeyed flats for Members of Parliament (MPs) in the national capital via video conference. A total of 76 flats have been developed from 8 old bungalows, which were more than 80 years old.
In a notice to the Congress leader, the order said that allotment stands cancelled from today and also asked her to vacate the bungalow by August 1.
The common Central Secretariat is likely comprise 10 buildings, four on each side of the Central Vista. Each building will have eight floors, which will house various ministries, sources said.
Almost three months after the dissolution of the 16th Lok Sabha, a score of lawmakers is yet to vacate their official bungalows.
