“The services of a teacher are not just for six or eight hours but the teacher is a teacher throughout his life and the foundation of the future of India will be laid by these teachers in their classrooms,” said CM Yogi while congratulating the teachers.
Last month, the UP CM Yogi Adityanath had directed officials to finish pending recruitment drive for 31,661 posts in the Department of Basic Education in a week’s time.
Congress leader had earlier criticised the Uttar Pradesh government after a stay was ordered on the appointment of the teachers.
