New Delhi: The Corporate Affairs Ministry has issued a fresh notice to Bharatpe. The company’s Co-Founder confirmed the news on twitter. He wrote that he is happy that the ministry is actively looking in the company’s concern of Bharatpe. He also added that he moved NCLT against Bharatpe. He also said that the MCA notice has been sent to Bharatpe and not to him. He hasn’t received any notice from the Ministry and it has nothing to do with him. Ashneer Grover and his wife filed a petition in Delhi High court about the Look out circulars issued against them.
