New Delhi: Gujarat’s Saurashtra Stadium suffered heavy losses due to the unseasonal rains. The windows, media boxes and cabins got damaged due to the heavy rainfall. Over 14 people have died and many got injured after the city was hit by rains and lightning. Many houses and crops were also damaged due to the rains. Heavy Rainfall was reported from many parts of Saurashtra. The state government has put a high alert in the city after the havoc of the rains. The Chief Minister also spoke to the Agriculture Minister and discussed the situation and the losses caused to the farmers. According to the Met Department, more rains are likely to hit the city in the next 24 hours.
