Taliban Ban on women in restaurants, know the reason behind it (VIDEO)

After a complaint from the clergy, the Taliban leadership made this decision. According to the clerics’ complaint, there has been a swarm of men and women at such areas.

New Delhi: Since last year, the Taliban has held control in Afghanistan. Women’s rights in Afghanistan have deteriorated since the Taliban’s entrance. On Monday in Afghanistan’s Herat province, the Taliban leadership forbade families and women from dining in restaurants with flowers or green spaces (April 10).

After a complaint from the clergy, the Taliban leadership made this decision. According to the clerics’ complaint, there has been a swarm of men and women at such areas. Afghan officials stated that the limitations were implemented because of the lack of hijab and the concentration of men and women in one location. So yet, the prohibition only applies to eateries in Herat province that have green grounds.
