Who is Altina Schinasi? Google Doodle celebrates the cat-eye frame designer’s birthday (Video)

New Delhi: Google Doodle today celebrated the 116th birthday of the American Sculpturist and designer Altina Schinasi. Altina Schinasi is most famously known for designing cat-eye framed eyeglasses. Google designed a doodle depicting Altina Sachinasi inside cat-eye framed glasses. Altinas Sachinasi was born on 4 August 1907 in Manhattan, New York.  Altina discovered her love for art during the time of her studies in Paris, she convert her hobby into her passion and eventually took admission to The Art Students League in New York. She polished her art there and soon her name shined in the world of fashion, and people got attracted by her designs.
