New Delhi: The United Nations has allegedly charged an Indian National for plotting to assassinate a U.S citizen. The Indian National Nikhil Gupta was arrested in the Czech Republic. The U.S. court has charged him with plotting the murder of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a sikh separatist. According to the complaint, Gupta is an aide of a senior official in the Indian Intelligence Bureau. He is allegedly accused of killing ‘Hardeep Singh Nijjar’a Canadian citizen who is designated as a Khalistani terrorist in India. It is also alleged that Gupta and his colleagues also hired other people to be a part of their conspiracy and also sought weapons to fulfill their mission.
