New Delhi: Singer Vijay Lakshmi alias Mallika Rajput was allegedly found dead in her residence. The body of the 35 year old singer was found hanging from a fan in one of the rooms of her house. According to Police sources, it looks like a case of a suicide. The singer used to live in Sitakund. She tried her hand in acting and singing. She was noticed from her work in the film ‘Revolver Rani’ with Kangana Ranaut. She was also seen in Singer Shaan’s music video ‘Yaara Tujhe’. She also tried her hand in Politics. She joined BJP in 2016. Apart from this, the actor and singer was also a trained Kathak dancer, writer and poet.
