Japan airlines plane caught in flames at Tokyo airport; close shave for 379 people onboard (VIDEO)

The inferno broke out after a Japanese airlines plane collided with coast guard plane at Tokyo-Hanefa airport.

New Delhi: Just a day after Earthquake-triggered Tsunami create havoc in Japan, a Japanese aircraft with more than 350 people got engulfed in fire on Tuesday, creating fresh chaos & panic.

The inferno broke out after a Japanese airlines plane reportedly collided with a coast guard plane at Tokyo-Hanefa airport.

Several videos of the blaze on airport surfaced on social media. Many local publications shared the footage of frightening inferno that engulfed the entire plane.

Emergency services have been pressed into service and fire extinguishers are trying to douse the flame. According to reports, the plane got severely charred due to collision-induced fire.

A local daily claimed, Japan Airlines Airbus A 350 with 367 people on board collided with Japanese coast guard plane, during landing at Tokyo-Haneda airport.

Latest reports claim that all the passengers have been rescued, though it was a close shave for all.

The New Year hasn’t been welcoming for Japan as the two consecutive days of 2024 have brought 2 consecutive disasters for the country. On January 1, 2004, over 7.5 magnitude quake triggered Tsunami in the coastal regions of
Japan and today’s plane burning incident came as a fresh frightening experience.

Tsunami waves left huge population of Japan’s coastal region displaced from their residence while many lost lives in the catastrophe.
