Hinduphobia in US? Propaganda groups target pro-India lawmakers, sully their image with fake narrative

Notably, ASPAIRE is just one such website spreading false propaganda & narrative. There are many such organizations/entities conspiring & colluding against the pro-India lawmakers in US.

New Delhi: United States of America (USA) is the world’s strongest democratic nation, championing equal rights for its citizens and also advocating for the same across the world. The nation though, in recent past, got besieged by some incidents of racial crime but time & again, the American leadership has vowed to maintain & uphold democratic rights of all its citizens.

Lately, there is a growing concern among the Indian community about propaganda machinery being run in the US, with a motive to isolate & malign pro-India lawmakers. This is apparently being done with an intention to discourage & ‘block’ immigration of Hindu population in America.

Those running this propaganda machinery are some vested interests and are said to be operating with impunity.

A Twitter threat Anti Propaganda Thread made sensational charges against an organization named ASPAIRE, founded by Dr Shaik Ubaid. It says that the organisation’s sole purpose is to tarnish the reputation of pro-India lawmakers by spreading canards & misinformation about them.

“Its objective is to prevent Hindu immigration into USA,” the Twitter thread claims in explosive charges.

ASPAIRE’s origin & modus operandi

It claims that ASPAIRE is nothing but an offshoot of Pakistan’s ISI-orchestrated organization, formed with a purpose to harm India & its interests. Its founder Dr. Shaik Ubaid is said to be a radical Islamist and the brain behind many anti-India organizations.

ASPAIRE works with a particular modus operandi. It first identifies pro-India lawmakers, starts a smear campaign against them and then tries to discredit their reputation by portraying them as associates of BJP & RSS in India. It’s sheer purpose is to project those pro-India lawmakers as ‘protectors of fascist ideology’.

Till now, the organization has targeted many US lawmakers, who further Indian interests in the US. They include Sri Kulkarni (Texas) Padma Kuppa (MI Representative) Niraj Antani (Ohio) Manga Anantatmula (Virginia) Future targets Raja Krishnamoorthy (Illinois) Ritesh Tandon (California) Rishi Kumar (California)

How it defamed Tulsi Gabbard

The Twitter handle claims that ASPAIRE launched a propaganda war against Tulsi Gabbard, an American Hindu lawmaker known for her pro-India tilt. It launched a fake narrative against her by ‘linking her funding’ with RSS. It spread a sham donor list, showing that she got funding from the Hindu outfit, what it calls an extremist group.

However, the reality is that its own motive came under cloud after truth got unearthed. The donor list claimed by it was compiled by Pieter Friedrich, a ISI agent & Khalistani Sympathizer.

All the ‘evidences’ it claimed against Tulsi Gabbard turned out to be false, motivated & done with an intention to portray the pro-Hindus in bad light. ASPAIRE indulged in spreading fake propaganda & narrative by targeting her, thereby baring its Hinduphobia.
