New Delhi: Moments after the arrest of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan from outside the Islamabad High Court premises, there has been a huge outcry by his supporters & followers. According to local media reports, several cities are witnessing protest against his arrest by Pakistani forces.
His party PTI took to Twitter and shared photos & videos of how the former Pakistan PM was hounded & tortured by Pakistani forces. PTI alleged that Imran Khan was being tortured after his arrest from the Islamabad High Court.
PTI claimed that Imran Khan was pushed by Pakistani Rangers when arrested and he got injured in the chaos. Apart from PTI, many supporters of the former Pak PM also shared videos of dramatic arrest on social media.

“Law of the jungle in operation. Rangers beat the lawyers, used violence on Imran Khan and abducted him,” tweeted former minister Shireen Mazari, a PTI spokeswoman.

Another PTI leader Azhar Mashwani said that Khan was abducted by the Rangers.
“They are torturing Imran Khan right now […] they are beating Khan sahib.
They have done something with Khan sahib,” PTI leader Musarrat Cheema said in a video message.

According to reports, Imran Khan has several cases lodged against him. He was ousted as Pakistan Prime Minister via no-trust vote in April last year.
The PTI also shared a video of Imran’s lawyer who was badly beaten & thrashed while taking former Pak PM into custody.
