Miraculous escape for a toddler & man ‘buried’ under debris, in quake-ravaged Turkey (VIDEO)

The case of ‘miracle baby’ is drawing worldwide interest as the two-month old baby has been rescued, after 128 hours of the earthquake.

New Delhi: While Turkey & Syria battle with the aftermath of devastating earthquake, aided by relief & rescue teams from many countries, the stories of hope & miracle keep filtering out from the quake-torn country.

While the death toll keeps ticking with every passing day, a couple of instances & rescue missions have show the power of human endavour. Till date, after more than 5 days of earthquake wreaking havoc in Turkey, epics survival stories & videos are surfacing in which people can be seen being lifted out, from under the rubble.

The case of ‘miracle baby’ is drawing worldwide interest as the two-month old baby has been rescued, after 128 hours of the earthquake. The toddler was trapped under the rubble in Turkey’s Hatay province, as per AFP. A video of the ‘miracle baby’ has gone viral on social media, bringing cheers & appreciation from netizens.

A man was also rescued from the rubble, after 5 days of earthquake. He crawled down a tunnel. In a remarkable video shared by the British rescue team, the teams could be seen crawling through the tunnel to reach a stranded Turkish man.

Meanwhile, the death toll in quake-hit region continues to mount with latest reports putting the figure at 34,000.

According to Turkey’s disaster agency, colossal team of rescuers are working round the clock to spot & secure those trapped under the rubble. More than 32,000 people from Turkish organization are said to be engaged in relief & rescue work while more than 8,000 international rescuers are aiding the quake-hit country in evacuating the stranded to safety.
