New Delhi: While Jammu & Kashmir records unprecedented influx of tourists and return of ‘golden times’, India’s enemies continue with their unrestrained agenda and propaganda to portray the country in spotlight globally. The abrogation of Article 370 has brought calm & peace in the valley but certain sections continue to portray it as assault on the freedom of residents here.
Miss World Karolina Bielawska spend a day in Kashmir today and made gushing praise for its beauty, picturesque locations and about the warmth of people here. She along with with Miss World India Sini Shetty and Miss World Caribbean Emmy Pena visited visited Kashmir’s Dal lake and also tried traditional dresses.
However, on the other hand, US Congresswoman IIhan Omar visited the Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) a year ago. Her trip to the disputed region was fully funded by Pak government and she also reciprocated for the favour extended to her. Right after her return to US, she called for a resolution on alleged oppression and suppression of human rights in Kashmir.
IIhan Omar’s visit to PoK, though a year ago, exposes latter’s virulent Kashmir hypocrisy and shows how they first conspire anti-India propaganda and then go to propagate it.
Miss World was in Kashmir, as part of the global pageant’s outreach program but she was clearly swayed away by its beauty, appeal & people’s warmth. She also said that she was excited and thrilled over visit to ‘heaven on Earth’ and also hoped to bring family & friends to this location.

But, IIhan Omar, soon after her return from free trip to PoK, raised hue & cry in America and moved a US Congress resolution about alleged human rights violation in Kashmir. However, she remained completely silent on spate of human rights violations, violence against minorities including Shia community, Hindus & Christians, child abuse cases in Pakistan.
During her trip to Pakistan, IIhan Omar met top dignitaries including then PM Shahbaz Sharif but never raised any issues of atrocities & human rights violations. Shahbaz’s reign itself saw widespread violence and atrocities against minorities and a declining situation which could have resulted into civil war but not a word of condemnation came from the US Congresswoman.
Omar kept mum over numerous atrocities including the burning of homes & religious structures of Christians in Pakistan, which happened just days ago.
Lastly, Miss World Karolina Bielawska represents a symbol of peace & prosperity in Kashmir while IIhan Omar continues to plot and propagate false propaganda against India.
Her opposition and tirade against India during PM Modi’s visit to US is no secret. While PM Modi went to address the joint sitting of US Congress, she tried to whip up a campaign alleging human rights violations in India and also raised ‘record of repression’ under incumbent regime.
