New Delhi: It’s a common thing for foreigners to post videos while trying their hands at preparing Indian delicacies.

For us, It doesn’t really matter if they excel in cooking our dishes or not as an honest attempt from them is all that it takes to impress the Indians.

Lately, a German lady recorded herself while cooking an Indian-style dish and her video is now going viral and winning over the hearts of all desi food lovers out there.

In her viral video, the woman named Andrea even revealed that it was her mother-in-law who taught her the recipe she is now trying it out. Read further to know what she prepared

Here’s what she prepared

Andrea begins her kitchen adventure by boiling potatoes and chopping off long red peppers. Following that, she cleans and de-seeds the peppers, then heats up the mashed potatoes in a pan.

In order to flavour her dish, the German woman adds a mixture of chopped onions, green chillies, tastemaking powders and cumin seeds. She then combines her mashed potatoes with the mixture before continuing to cook the stuffings.

After making sure that the stuffing is properly cooked, she carefully fills it inside the red peppers and then roasts them (peppers) in a nonstick frying Pan. She then puts the roasted peppers in an oven and leaves them to get baked.

Meanwhile, Andrea simultaneously prepares Chapatis and Boondi Raita and once the peppers get cooked, she takes them out of the oven and savours them with the Indian-style roties. (muffins)
