Message of the Day – By Renooji 25.04.2021 Affirmation. “I bring my hands to my chest and as they rest in the light of love they heal on. I know in my deepest heart that I bring the light to each body part in meditation, to illuminate and heal this world. My body becomes the receptacle of natural generosity and I grow in this understanding.” The more deeply we relax in the healing presence of the light, we let our true nature surface and like grains of sand spreading, we see the distribution of the light. Let all thoughts and emotions naturally subside and dissolve in the healing light. When we heal, we create the right environment in our mind, with rich understanding, wakefulness, and unshakable certainty that we are the true representative of the light. Today let’s transform the environment of our healing self, happy, calm and auspicious. When we find our healing self healing in meditation, there is stability, strength and continuity.
