My priority healing chart:
We must connect to the three points that make us better healers and in the process help us to channel the pure unconditional life force energy to others in a spirit of deep and pure compassion. Firstly, We are giving and sharing the light, secondly we must always be dwelling on the positive experiences and thirdly we must always be in a position to help other souls to find forgiveness in their hearts. We must also as healers, concentrate on the success and not the failures. As we concentrate on the love in our heart and our mind, we become aware of our healing potential and possibilities. Continue to walk ahead to heal all. Healing hugs of deep awakening of all potential. Love from the centre of the heart of loyalty.

The final cleanse:
Take a glass bottle, (old jam bottle) fill it with a cup of water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 43 glass beads, any colour. Close the lid and keep the bottle hidden somewhere in the house, it should stay on the shelf for one year. Then throw away in the dustbin.
This heals the 108 spinal chakras and keeps the energies of depression outside the house.
