The important point that I want to highlight today is that most of you must look deeply within to realign thoughts and expressions to fill the heart with the presence of truth and trusting the light heal on. Focussing the mind, heart and soul on the presence of the light that is streaming through the crown chakra and bathing you right now in the golden light, is the light of love and compassion. Sincere and heartfelt acceptance allows you to receive and share this light with all beings around you. Send out love and compassion as a ray of golden light from your heart and as the light touches the heart of the others it purifies all the negative and restores and revitalises all the positive, especially know that all those who feel immersed in this light of goodness are also your well wishers. Healing hugs of immense compassion and strength. Love from all those who in sincerity are sharing healing experiences and happiness.
