Message of the Day – By Renooji 10.03.2021 Meditation Mentally connecting to compassion or being touched by the comfort of living in compassion, allows one to understand the structure of happiness and healing. A strong determination to alleviate poverty and suffering sometimes leads us to healing and sometimes the perfection of one’s life brings a determination of responsibility towards more healing. The first way to heal is to connect to the heart self and send out deep prayers for all the people who are suffering. From the depth of the heart, know that everything that you do, the thoughts, words, deeds are all connected to spontaneously healing and transforming consciousness into life experiences and goals. The second and universal healing way is to once again connect to the heart, directing all compassion and wisdom towards wishing happiness for all. Healing hugs of deep contemplation.
