“Sparkle with self care”
When I ask people about the last two years of their life, and seeing the two years that have passed by with the Covid-19, many people had come closer to death, some lost their loved ones, and yet all of them were unprepared. Think of what must have happened to all of us, one day or the next. Everyone takes life for granted, as we all do. We can be quite well one day and suddenly fall sick and die. I would like all of you to see the light on your face and healing the self fiercely, look for that spark of continuity. Reflect on what you have , and, what you have not done with your life. Encourage yourself to be calm, in a structured way contemplate on your immediate destiny. The plan , the pain, the emotions, the sensations, the grief, your loved ones and what they are doing with their lives. It is important to reflect calmly, again and again, that death is real and comes without asking. Heal the self and all those that surround you. Healing hugs of preparedness. Love to meet the next life prepared.
