Message of the Day – By Renooji 20.10.2021 Peace of stability and constants. Meditation. Let’s meditate today, on the breath. Focusing your awareness on the in breath and the out breath. Each time you breathe in and breathe out, think of all the things that you want to release and let go. Connect to the all pervading expanse of truth and beauty, and invite it into your self through your in breath. When you are meditating, connect to the heart of your desires and your constants of balance and happiness. Connect to the “Prana“ of your “Life Force“ and your mind. Stay in the golden light. Healing hugs of grace and balance. Love from the heart of the light. Renooji. Repeat five times. Take five coins and keep them under your pillow for five days, then give them in donation with five fruits to someone who is at least five steps, feet, metres, kilometres away from you. This will create a very strong balance between your thoughts and your actions.
