Message of the Day – By Renooji 01.10.2021 Peace of mind! Meditation. Take your awareness to your heart chakra at the centre of your chest, by placing your hands there. Move your eyes skyward and affirm that you are giving yourself love unflinchingly. Move your eyes to the right without changing the direction of your head, and affirm you are sending love to your family and friends. Look to the left and know that you are sending healing and love to your world, your relationships and your life on planet Earth and look down upon the floor without moving your head, and know that you are accessing new energies from Mother Earth to instal a new energy cycle in your physical body. Gently close your eyes and think of all the times you have been given a gift, and how many times you have reciprocated. Take this moment to send out packages of healing to the world around you and know that these gifts are multiplying and being received by you in your heart chakra. Peace of mind being restored in your world by you and the light presence of healing. Love your life and peacefully and mindfully continue your journey with healing all. Healing hugs from the heart of the world. Love from the centre of the heart of peace. Renooji. Repeat five times. Take a deep breath in to the count of five, hold the breath to the count of five, release the breath to the count of five stop to the count of five before your next breath in.
