Peace from frustration!

Meditation !

We all have our own unique set of instructions , which are precisely directed to those , especially those whose minds are not in tune with ours. This is how the training of the mind is designed to frustrate the other and in the process agitate the self. This is what keeps us away from being enabled to make the fullest possible use of the opportunities to activate peace and liberation from the pain and disquiet. The essential point is that we keep ourselves away from peace as we have no compassion for the self. Yet, even when we become well known with the inner self and our evolved consciousness, we are driven away by our own frustrations. We need to heal so that we can be simple hearted, loving and living in this body, listening spellbound, to the heart of compassion. Stay happy with peace. Heal without frustration. Healing hugs of the wisdom mind. Love of the vast ocean of peace.
