In life we go deeper and deeper into the nature of our mind, it is only then that we can discover the cause of our heartache and in the process awaken knowledge. The truth then unfolds in the heart by itself. That is why our heart aches when it is awakened to the fact that this human life is of the utmost importance. It is here in the now that the whole preparation for all spiritual travel takes place. The supreme preparation is to become enlightened in this life time. Vivid and precise is the knowledge that restores peace in the heart. The healing action is what gives us the clear directions to actually get where we want to be. Begin healing and become enlightened to the present moment, free of heart ache. Healing hugs of deep contemplation. Love from the reservoir of peace and grace. Renooji. Repeat five times! Wear five garments today from your clothes cupboard, take five things from the kitchen cupboard and cook a dish, take five coins and place them in five different places in your house.
