The war-up!
Contemplating on the secret messages that you receive from “up” there , what lies beyond there is a mystery. Today let’s introduce ourselves to the essential healing presence of the light resting in the spaces up and beyond our crown chakra. Our innermost essential pivotal point from where the light enters to heal us in this and every moment. When we arrive here from up there, we are left with no idea of what conditions will continue. No knowledge of the new dimensions of the deeper processes of life here. We begin to familiarise ourselves here with the family we are born into; but the war continues. We familiarise ourselves, spontaneously and powerfully from the point of our birth, and we gradually uncover and realise that we do not belong here. Then begins the real war that we have to fight with our hunger and our ego. Human evolution, rebirth and our known and unknown karma provide us with all the weapons we need in our path through life and death. Healing hugs of the Mother’s embrace. Love from the heart of the Father.

The action I can take.
Stage by stage, guided by the healing process, connect to your spiritual heart, knowing that everything comes from the upper regions and healing is received in your crown chakra, descending to the third eye and then to the throat and into the heart. Eat something green to further empower this healing moment in the heart and make a wish.
