The war of truth!
The healing shows us precisely how we have to live our life, manage it, manage our emotions, our life goals and yet be perfectly truthful so that we can be fully empowered to help others with their spiritual growth. There are many moments in our life when moving away from the truth is easy and that is when our senses are at complete war with each other. It is when we get mixed signals from our gyaan indriyas (eyes, ears, nose, mouth and skin) that the war begins. The end result is always disease. The human body always connecting to the lies knowingly and unknowingly. There is no place on Earth where you can find shelter and escape from the madness that is caused by telling lies. People come and they go, they walk the path, some dance, some run unprepared and unaware. Then come the storms, the cries, the anguish and the pain, the fury and the despair. If only they had not lied. Healing the self is the greatest advantage, living with truth the highest spiritual potential for humanity. As you learn to heal, you leave all lies behind. Healing hugs of sheltered light. Love from the realms of truthfulness.

The action I can take.
Truthfully call someone you have not spoken to in a long time and give them 10 minutes of your unadulterated time. Share your life experiences with them.
This heals the ego self and resurrects your truth vitals- eyes, ears, nose, mouth and skin’s ability to bring you only the truth.
