Filled with the light!
The golden ball of light, connected to the cosmic egg of light, always appears upon our heads, waiting to be invited within our own realm of love, our heart chakra. Connect to a golden light being, the size of your right thumb, seated in the centre of your heart chakra, radiating a luminous green light. See this light slowly spreading and touching others around you. The light sometimes turns outwards and sometimes shines back upon you. Most of the time it feels that you are in the spotlight, sharing, caring, loving, embracing, touching, healing and inviting all the goodness into your self, and yet it feels that this light is healing all around you before you can even request it to. Be thankful for this experience as you know that this light and this light being are always a part of who you are, wherever you exist. Stay to continue this experience and this journey. Healing hugs full of the light. Love from the being within.
