Message of the Day – By Renooji 06.03.2022 Meditation. Repeat 7 times. “Living in the light of healing, I greet each day as a gift to be enjoyed fully”! Connect to the universe of healing light, fully empowering your spiritual and bright mind and your soul self. Know that you are spontaneously connected to the spiritual source of all light. Let your body remain as it is, and your mind where you find it. Know that the whole body with the breath is moving towards this light source, engulfing you with the brightness of almost every aspect of the universe holding you as you feel that you are holding the whole universe. Keep bringing your mind back to the source of the light. Radiating warmth, coolness, air and water, fire and earth. Space is being created for more of this light to flow in. Gradually increasing levels of the strength and the energy flowing through the heart of your mind, know that all is happening according to Divine Will. Remain still and leave your breath where you find it. Remain in the now and be fully open to receive. Healing hugs of peace and stability. Love from the energy of purity. Renooji.
