Connect to the universe of healing light, know that your mind has entered a state of peace and found stability. Find your mind more quiet, more focussed, more pliable. Now begin to repeat the following words softly. ‘I am purifying my mind and heart!’ Stay with the repetition, till you feel satisfied, feel a sense of lightness, a strong fragrance surrounding you, or feeling the presence of a warm hug from the light. Keep your senses immersed in this feeling, and see them gently reciprocating with you and the universe and the people in it, creating sounds of unity and togetherness. Affirm that your heart and mind are purified as you see, connect with or imagine that you are drenched in a rainfall of gold and diamond raindrops. Healing hugs from Universe Love from the heart of Mother Earth. Renooji I am healed, whole and complete and heading to the light.
