The discipline of the practice of healing keeps bringing us back to the object of our healing and our meditation. When one is distracted, the light will suddenly and instantly remind us to re engage with the light, healing to bring us back to the light. The simplicity of healing, the continuous journey with the light, a flowing heart full of radiance; gradually allowing the mind and the healing vibrations to settle down with the intent of the spreading light. As long as one cultivates stillness, one enjoys peace and happiness in the light of humanity. Stay with the light in one pointed newness, gradually becoming more powerful and stronger in the light.
