THE BREATH
Swept along by the winds of karma, we are inspired to remind ourselves that our breath is the dearest commodity that the heart desires and needs.
When the value of the breath dawns upon us, we begin to concentrate our mind one pointedly upon this process of breathing but we come to know that we cannot will ourselves to breathe in any particular way.
We strive to prolong the results of our good karma so that we can continue to breathe more and more, living longer and longer.
When we close the door to our breath, we are closing the door to our association with this body,this world, all our relationships.
Then begins our journey of spiritual perseverance and purity in the consciousness to reach the corridors of pure deliverance into the true spiritual destination.
We have to abandon our negative emotions, stay connected to the healing process, Do our daily healing and remain connected to the Master in truthfulness and healing grace.
Healing hugs from the realm of pure heart. Love from the purest light.
