As you bring more loving awareness to this moment, allow yourself to become the observer in this moment. Observe your experience in the now and request your heart and mind to manifest the thoughts in your third eye chakra that need the healing. Allow the outside layer of your self, the worries, the stresses, the conflicts, the chatter of the mind, the false ego rearing it’s ugly head, the idea that you are not good enough, see all this melting away and being healed in the now. Everything just softening and melting away from the aura body itself. Allow the golden bubble of light around you to grow and surround you. Protecting your aura and your body, supporting the loving energies of your heart and multiplying your heart compassion; see the healing taking place. The energy of the source is streaming down upon you as a beautiful ray of golden light. Drenching you with abundance and opulence. You feel warm, nourished and safe. See yourself sharing this light with your loved ones. You feel energised and full of the light. The golden light now flows to all the cells of your body. You are rejuvenated, radiant, healed, whole and complete. Healing hugs of sunshine. Love from the depth of the heart.
