Take as much time as you need to stay in this light of love and union. Follow the patterns of the coming and going light, and the designs of your thoughts creating wellness for all. When you notice that your mind has drifted to thinking of other things, deepen your understanding and watching and witnessing the future, knowing that all is being healed.
