23.07.2023 Mindfully Meditative ! Whatever we resist and refuse to see or connect with, within us, is that which stirs our emotions and desires and makes us think more about ourselves. Many of us on the surface level are often ruled and controlled by blame, self judgements, insecurities and numerous other practices and even spiritual meditations. We have to break free of the patterns of the past, reinvent our self with daily healing and move to create a different environment for the self and others. I have come to realise that whatever is resisted, is basically healed, and thus needs to be addressed. Our bodies, our relationships, our environment, our finances, our life experiences are always needing the healing. Shifting our attention, to improve our connections to the divine energies; we are always looking forward to changing our thoughts and emotions and healing all. Out of your own intense desires, become more willing to stay in touch with your happiness quotient and heal all. Forgive others and know that as you forgive, others will forgive you.
