Mindfully Meditative!
Visualize yourself sitting in a pyramid, with the tip of the pyramid above your head. The base of the pyramid is around your hips and knees. Fill this pyramid with the color of lightning. See the Earth’s energies also filling up in the pyramid and in this moment see your pyramid turning gold. Breathe normally and see your inhalation and your exhalation increasing the vibrational frequencies of ecstasy and joy in your pyramid and in your world. When you feel centered in the light, take your awareness to your navel chakra, and see a stream of brilliant light flowing out of the navel chakra. This light is filling your world and the people in it with a sense of ecstatic calmness and peace. Slowly engage your mind with the pyramid of golden light and see it starting to spin. The energies vibrate for the welfare of the physical realms and the human dimensions and all living souls. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to experience oneness. Be very careful when you open your eyes as there is a liquid light pouring into your environment, your home and in the auras of your loved ones. Know that the pyramid remains with you as a light body. Be grateful. Healing hugs of great light and joy. Love from the zones of consideration and kindness.
